How quickly do you process birth certificate applications? We offer two service offering: same day or standard 5 day processing. This is our processing time to prepare and send your birth certificate application/paperwork package.
Does this mean I will receive a birth certificate in the time quoted for processing? No. Our quoted processing times are strictly the processing time it takes us to prepare and mail your application documents. Government processing times for the actual birth certificate are separate from our processing times.
What must I provide? Typically, a signature, photo ID, and a check for government fees are required. We will mail you all of your pre-prepared forms along with a return envelope and simple instructions. Just sign the form, make a copy of your photo ID, gather a cashiers check, and drop those items into the pre-addressed envelope we provided in your package.
How are application packages mailed? We mail all application packages by regular US mail.
Do you offer overnight mailing service? At this time we do not.
